Where are the Headrest Covers on the Keystone

Anyone know why the Keystone doesn't feature headrest covers (the white covers that velcro to the top of the seat for hygiene)?

The actual name for those things is a great word: antimacassar.

The disappearance of antimacassars has far-reaching consequences.

More seriously, though, I've noticed that many of the shorter runs don't have them, but that almost all of the very long distance runs do. Not sure why.
