That's what I did, didn't even think that AMEX would offer a bonus for that feature.

Not sure if this is coming back around or has been around but I just received an offer after logging in for 10K bonus points if I enabled extended payments on my MB Platinum card.

Now hopefully they'll post in the 6-8 weeks noted..

Thank you. I found the offer on my MB Platinum Card account, but not on Ms mia's standard Platinum Card account.

Once I took advantage of this offer, my Amex showed up as a credit card on my credit report. I preferred when it showed up as 'other'. This is one of the reasons my PRG will be cancelled soon.

When I took this offer for my PRG it continued to be reported as an "open" account as it always had been. I was kind of surprised because I thought it might change the way it was reported.

10k or 5k links still working?

Got to landing pages from VFTW's post in May 2013, but the site goes into a referral loop when clicking the 'Enroll Now'. Anyone else have success with it recently?

I've been sitting on the sidelines because every email offer I got was only for 1,500 points. I decided to go for it anyway, and 10,000 points were posted! Happy. Only took three days for the post, also.

Noe I wish I had advanced more points during the avios promo. Oh well.

Was it ever determined if switching to flexible spending changes the terms of your credit negatively card at all for those of us that pay in full? Thanks!

Negative impact of adding pay over time?

We both have offers for 10k MR to "enroll" in pay over time on our card. Per the T&C I see, there seems to be no downside... am I missing something?

No, just watch your bills like a hawk. I've had disputes get interested charged on them and that's required a call...but generally speaking no issues.

I have appended your question to the established thread. Scroll back to read some reports that it changed the way the account appears on your credit reports. Also, read statements carefully because the full balance may no longer show as "due" if some charges were eligible to paid over time.

All the links I find here either send to a redirect loop that causes an error, or don't work anymore. Anyone have a working link?
