AmEx Gold Card - Need Phone number or back of card
To buy tickets at TicketMaster you need the customer service phone number on the back of a AmEx Gold Card. Please post the phone number. Thanks....

On ticketmaster is does not say you need to pay with a gold card or higher. It just requires the customer service number on the back of the card. Please post here.......thanks?

My experience is that Ticketmaster has two kinds of pre-sales for AMEX cardholders. A general presale for anyone with any type of AMEX card. No password is required, but you must complete the transaction with an AMEX card. The second type is the Gold Card events pre-sale. There you must enter the 10 digit customer service number as the password. Gold Card pre-sales are only for Gold, Platinum and Centurion cardholders. Use a regular AMEX, a Skymiles AMEX, etc., and you are likely to find your order cancelled.
