Does the Senior Green/Gold or student card come w/ Double MR Points

Does the Senior Green/Gold or student card come w/ Double MR Points
Hi everyone,
I am just curious whether anyone out their with a senior members green or gold card or a student charge card can tell me whether any of these cards come with the double Membership rewards points for gas stations, drugstore, supermarkets etc. like the preferred Rewards Green card etc.
I have a friend with the senior members card who said he had everyday spend points listed on his bill (IE the double points) but when reading Amex's MR terms and conditions and calling Amex they say these cards do not offer double points. The reason I ask is that I am considering switching to the senior members card from the Preffered Rewards Green Card if the benefits are the same.
