According to a discussion on Reddit, it appears that people whose transactions show "OURARINGCOM PP" have not received the credit. There was a different two letter code instead of PP for transactions that have been credited. This is true in my case.

Im not going to buy one of these, but I will say that the technology is pretty amazing. I wore an Oura ring as part of a clinical study back in 2021. How a little ring can measure so many things, and can analyze your sleep cycles, is beyond my understanding.
