What type of hold times are people seeing as of late when needing to call amex travel?

I've been experiencing fairly long hold times in the last few weeks, quoted as more than 90 minutes, for both concierge and travel. Rather than wait I tried a few times over a span of days and held when I was quoted a wait of ten minutes.

I just call the other day (week day, during business hours) and only waited 3-4 minutes.
(Had an AA ticket with a schedule change that apparently was sufficient enough to require a ticket issue.)

Just my data point, my call to Amex Travel took 2 minutes to connect.
Lessons learnt not to use them anymore as they have their own change policy vs British Airways own "Travel with Confidence" policy. Wanted $500 change fee instead of what BA was offering to do for free.

If you booked your travel with American Express Travel and you need to change/cancel a booking, we will be honoring the policies of your travel provider. As an additional measure, we will waive the American Express Travel fee on flight modifications and new flight bookings that you make by phone or online.

Good news in the end. There was a change with a Delta-operated segment (DCA-JFK) and I was able to use that to get the refund through Amex Travel. Now just waiting for the actual refund.
