How a business can link up with Amex for Amex offers?
Does anyone here know if there is way for a smaller business to reach out to Amex to become an Amex offer or does it have to be Amex reaching out to the business?
Example: If I am the owner of a small grocery store, can I somehow reach out to Amex to create some sort of spend $50 and get $10 back deal with American Express?

There is some information under Card Member Offers. It's fairly vague but it says that they select the merchants and there is no cost to you.

Where do you see anything about cashback versus points in the linked material? Bear in mind this is specifically the program for small businesses, not the program for the vast majority of businesses that we see in Amex Offers.
