PTS UK and Australia can't see same fares as OTA's.
Twice this year I have had Platinum Travel Service unable to access or see F and J fares available on the airlines own website (and other OTA's).
It's getting very disappointing not being able to use the travel service as I was once able.
This has been through both the Australian and the UK travel office.
Anyone else having this problem?
