I just clicked the link in Post #588 and received, applied, and was approved for 75k, 5k spend. Not in incognito mode, Chrome. It's been 3 years since I've had that card. This is my 4th current card with Amex. Applied/approved for the SPG Business card on June 30th.
Edit: BTW, I did log in when prompted.

Thanks. IE without private mode gave me 50k offer; nothing else worked. Sadly, I need to wait until next month to apply due to Serve MS timing.

update: have been trying ALL morning at work to get the 75k/$10K to load using chrome, IE8, IE9, safari on my iphone (including private), chrome on my iphone (including incognito), and the google search app and nothing. however, i sent the link to my coworker and it loaded for him on the 2nd click.... grrrrrrrr.... so i just applied on his computer and was approved!

How does that work it the "once per lifetime" rule?
Do they sometimes not notice/let it slide if it has been a while or did you use different info (personal SSN vs business EIN, for example)?
