When applying by phone and asking for the increased bonus of 75k after 5k offer, those should help you. IMO, the POID is the best piece of information to give the phone rep as giving that has worked in the past.
You might get an e-mail after you apply asking how the phone rep was, remember to give them high marks as there is at least one rep that has leaked us these offers in the past and it's a good way of us saying thank you to those people (they get paid part of their salary based on these results).

Tried to apply by calling in (website gives me an error) the agent was on me like white on rice. Kept asking how I got the offer and if there was a rsvp code anywhere in the "email. Thankfully the my cellphone" dropped the call" during columbo's interrogation... Might try again tomorrow morning.

Saw a offer 75k for $5k (small biz app) spend in my personal gold PRG account. Took it and got approved! Had very little spend on the personal prg card besides the initial 1k for 50k points.
It use to be 75k for $10k spend last week.
Safe to assume they automatically expedite this card? Or should I call in to confirm.

well, that was quick, my bonus posted today, pretty excited. needed to make some purchases but didn't think it would post this fast...
applied yesterday, got the prompt to call 800 number.
by the time i got around to calling the 800 number i noticed that i received an email saying that i was approved and to expect my card in 2-3 days. set up my account online yesterday.
took plenty of screenshots for the 75k offer, looking forward to it.
