Targeted Gold for 50,000
I want to start by saying I am a relative newbie, just dipping my toes in the waters of credit card applications/rewards.
Amex had not been a card I was considered (previous history was a delta Amex about 4 years ago, cancelled on anniversary), but I received a targeted mail offer for Premier Rewards Gold Card, 50,000 points for $1000 spend in three months, no fee fro first year.
I've searched through this forum, and don't find a better offer currently available (meeting minimum spend is always a challenge for me, $3000 a month is about my absolute max. and no way al all I could meet the $10,000 Platinum offer). So, before I jump on this offer, I'm just wondering if there is something I might be missing.
