Are card referrals gone (Canada) ?

Three of us are unable to find referral links, and I am due for the Plat card again. We have all successfully undertaken the referral process before but can no longer see the offer. Nothing but supplementary card enticements where the referral once was.
Anyone else see this? Has this gravy train stopped running?
