My daughter's first card was on my account. She got an 80, and was born in 1983. As soon as she got her first personal account, she had the Member Since date reissued into this century.

I have been a member since 1981 and earlier this month along with an annual fee I received a congratulatory email for having been a member for 40 years. I currently have an Amex Plat and a Marriott Bonvoy Amex. I was a little disappointed that they didn't include anything other than the "congratulations".

You can ask customer service to adjust your Member Since date, but I do not know what information you must have to help them find the older account. I still have a physical card.
