This might just be their Amex Travel office in Oz, but at least try them, and they should be able to refer you on to the card services contact address:

You may even be able to get the info you need off that? If you register on-line with them, it will certainly help you remotely - I did so with my UK acount when I spent a coupla years in Europe and it saved me quite a few headaches.
