I've been to the Centurion Lounge in DFW over 10 times since opening. Have not actually been in an Admirals Club in DFW since it opened. I did notice the "unkept" bathroom once last week.. Just wondering if maybe it was a fluke.
With that said, I was ready to buy an AC membership on March 24th, but now I'm not so sure. I fly out of SNA, so I transit via DFW (90%) or ORD (10%). Most of my final destinations don't have ACs. So I need to do some soul searching to see if it's really worth it for the AC in SNA.. On the flip side, it could be a stress saver when I have an IRROP in DFW/ORD, but haven't really had those (knocking on wood) lately.

Yes, they have three offerings, facial, manicure and massage. Make sure you request when you check in, sometimes the wait can be over an hour for the services. They'll give you an appointment time, and you just show up to the spa area around that time.

For those with kids, this is a great lounge because it has a kids area with TV/xBox, games, books, etc. +1 on the kids area. I've seen some international lounges have them, but this is the only one in the US that I've seen.

Only had an hour in the lounge the other day. Seeing as I took a super long drive back to DFW... I grabbed a quick shower, some fruit and headed out my way.
Staff was super kind. Felt very welcoming even SUPER early in the morning.

Clarification question.... Has anyone used their Citi AA Amex card and paid for access? I am not seeing any confirmation that the Citi Amex (or any co-branded Amex) will get you in for $50.
