Transfer exchange rates [USA vs IDC]
why are the MR transfer exchange rates different ? even thought same cureny with same FFP ?
for example US MR point 1 : 1 with DELTA , UK intern. US$ card 3 : 2 with Delta.
Mostly also promos only from US MR prog. , why not from others ?
Do the promos come from AMEX or from the airline ?

I think Amex manages their programmes differently everywhere in the world. So what the US does doesn't necessarily mean it's what happens in other countries. The MR programme on my UK GBP card is different from the one in the US (not to mention the earn rate!!!).
