Not recognising UK Postal Code
I have had an AA account for years. I've just booked a flight and gone to add my global entry number, it won't save because it says it doesn't recognise my postal code.
The postal code was already in there - so has saved ok previously. I've lived at this address for over a decade and it's never been an issue with AA before.
Has anyone had this problem? And if so, how did you resolve it?

use 1401 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004
If I need a UK address, I use One Hamilton Place, Park Lane, London, W1J 7QY, United Kingdom
Regardless, where are you plugging in a zip code for Global Entry? The AA profile requires the known traveler number, but not a zip code.

Is there somewhere else I can add it?
Not sure how it accepts the UK code youve suggested but wont accept my actual one?

A relative had this happen on other sites. In their case it was a number formatting issue. Their fix was to remove any spaces in the postal code field. If your code is like NE4 NE1, try NE4NE1. Also, sometimes these systems are looking for the US five digit post code and reject if more than five numbers. I'm unsure if you can remove the last number(s) or as a workaround enter 00000 or 99999 or even leave blank.

Does the problem persist if you use the UK version of the website? https://www.americanairlines.co.uk/
