R class on 3 class transcon

R class on 3 class transcon
Hi I see people listed as R class on the upgrade list for Transcon I am taking tomorrow. Are those Y cabin passengers listed for an upgrade to J? What would they be if they were listed for F?

people who get complementary upgrades from Y to J get rebooked into R, people who use an instrument to upgrade from J to F get rebooked into A

Also people who use instruments to upgrade from Y to J get rebooked into C, and the one time that I got a double op-up from Y to J to F I was rebooked into F.
