Unable to book award travel
I'm seeing this odd behavior on aa.com using multiple browsers, and on the app on my iPhone.

I search for award travel to Argentina, click on the flights I want in each direction, and on the website I get to the page showing the summary of the flights so far. If I click on continue, I'm taken back to the flights search page. On the app, if I tap on continue it thinks about it for a moment, then tells me it encountered an error.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Try booking it as 2 one way awards? If one goes through and one does not, simply cancel and try again later.

Update: I contacted AA, they told me they've been having sporadic problems, and ticketed the itinerary for me.

This is more or less the perpetual state of AA IT, but glad its booked.

Update: I tried to book a domestic ticket (not award) and I'm seeing the same behavior. This is nuts.

Nope. Just JFK-EZE-JFK, two non-stops on AA metal. As plain an itinerary as it gets.
