Will AA cancel awards flight(s) to Caribbean booked 24 hours apart?

Will AA cancel awards flight(s) to Caribbean booked 24 hours apart?
Still working on arrangements and accommodations-if I book DCA-GCM on 3/1/24 for two people and then the same flight on 3/2/24, will the system cancel one of these?
