Segment not showing up in AA reservation

I booked business class via Amex for AUS-DFW-DOH-MAA and back. When I pull up the reservation on Amex and Qatar, everything is correct. However, when I pull it up on AA, MAA-DOH is missing. Is this something I should be worried about? If so, how do I fix it?

It's not uncommon for a carrier not to see any flights on the reservation that happen before the first flight on their metal. It doesn't happen all the time so I'm not sure exactly what causes it.

Also, since OP booked via amex, if tripcase if set up, the itinerary will show up there, and the eticket will be in the documents.
