The only other request I can think of for Flagship, please stop taking the headphones away a full hour before landing. That's offensive, they are 3 pronged and useless in most consumer devices, I promise I'm not going to steal them. AA is one of the very very few airlines that still takes them away prior to landing.

There was a trial of not taking headphones on select routes (details can be found elsewhere here or on JonNYC’s Twitter from a while ago). Some of my routes have employed this, and while I don’t use the headphones unless my wireless buds die, it definitely makes a difference when not being badgered for the headphones. What I’ve done on red-eye flights is placed them in the open or given them back before going to sleep so I’m not woken up for them (which I’ve witnessed).

As mentioned above, I think that having FA involvement in F&B changes would make a difference as it is common sense to involve those on the front lines / in charge of execution to think thru all aspects.

I asked for it a couple of times. I think this was back in the NGBC seats times.
Given how AA's FAs are, this is a change they would not welcome. If implemented, the FA's dislike for the change will be reflected on the FA's attitude towards the passengers.

Even after this time, on ultra LHs (like LAX-HKG), when I've felt a bit nauseated, or was just tired, I asked if they could reserve something and serve it to me later. They always obliged. It's probably something they can contractually say no to, so acknowledging that it's a bit of extra work for them and thanking them politely when requesting definitely helps. On a MIA-GRU or LHR-BOS, it's probably not really something they'd have time for.

An official QR style Dine on Demand doesn't really create a ton of extra work for the FA's and would allow people to eat a nice meal in the lounge then have their onboard meal nearer the end of the flight which is really what I prefer if there's a good lounge at the departure airport.

I disagree here. It actually does create significant additional work. Some of it is down to the variety and more involved plating on QR, but when you have full dine-on-demand, you have FAs working constantly preparing, plating, cleaning, etc. Doing everything at once allows for a lot of efficiency.

Of course, but there's actually plans to open a Flagship Lounge at CLT (and at PHL).

And Godot will not come today, but he will surely come tomorrow.
