AA Internship Program
Hi everyone,
I am currently a junior in college pursuing a Master of Science in Finance degree. I would really like to work for an airline in pricing/revenue management/corporate strategy and have previously worked as a ground handling agent for Piedmont Airlines (an AA regional subsidiary). I also have experience in corporate strategy for a transportation and logistics company. If anyone on here works for an airline in a corporate capacity and has time for a 15-minute chat regarding your thoughts on the industry and the best way to get my foot in the door, I would really appreciate it.
AA has an internship program that I would love to participate in next summer. If anyone has gone through this program, I would love to hear about your experience and how you got accepted into the program. Thank you very much!

Revenue management? At AA? Why not go into Human Resources where you can fire people, but can still be respected.
Upon further review, HR at AA, where you can’t fire serial Uber poor employees, chronic anti customer performers, or ANY poor employee who can fog a mirror because of the unions, is not a good career path either.
For career satisfaction, perhaps OP should consider a career in game show hosting or opening a surfing school.
in all seriousness, good luck-you are going to need a dumpster full.
