Ghost Flights
It must be near Halloween because AA has Ghost Flights on the Award bookings. I have been trying to book a flight BKK-HKG-DFW-PHL and it does not go through saying one flight no longer was available, and then it reappears on the chart. In calling AA they do not know why it is there, and why it cannot be booked. Very poor webs service.

Are you trying to book more than one award seat? I frequently see this with partner award space where one segment only has award space for one person, but AA.com seems to indicate space is available for more than one person.
