AA Fare Class Chart

Is there an updated fare class chart anywhere? Similar to this? https://cwsi.net/aa.htm

Trying to figure out the different codes for award flights are to try and find the business SAAVER award level.

That chart looks largely correct although I didn't read too deep in the details. Business sAAver is still "U".

If you want an approximate ranking of how expensive each fare class is, the AA Special Fares chart is useful (though it won't show you award classes).

The saver award fare classes are:

Economy - T
Premium Economy - X
Business - U
First - Z

Presumably you have ExpertFlyer since you're looking specifically for business saver award availability (U)?
In that case, under "Reference" -> "Class Codes" you can enter AA and see what all the letters are.
That said, with AA moving to pseudo-dynamic pricing, I'm not sure exactly how it works, other than I would think that the lowest prices would correspond with saver availability (vs. AAnytime).

I wish I did. Right now I'm just searching on AA and looking at the details for the flights to find out the fare class. I'm trying to figure out if I can tie an E Fare Code (Alaska Business Award Ticket) to my current AA U Fare Code.

Like this (AA domestic First in U class connecting to AS domestic First in E class)?

This chart you reference is the one I still use often, and I've found no errors

All the best, James

Keep in mind that Web Special awards won't follow this convention - and are sometimes cheaper than Saver awards. I believe Web Special awards are coded as Y/J/F, and the only way to search from them are on AA.com.

When you check the details when trying to book a flight it will tell you if it's a web special or not. The issue that I have is that a Partner Fare (E) doesn't show up on the Fare Chart but I would assume no Partner flights fall under the Web Special umbrella.
