Callback system problems today?

Callback system problems today?
Anyone else having weird behavior with AA's callback system. Called earlier today and was told wait times are 45 minutes to an hour. I was offered a call back and got it after a little more than hour. Now though, I am on hold for another 20 minutes. I'm used to the callback waiting a minute or so to connect me to a rep, but never anything like this. It feels like I got dropped back into the original queue, this time with no ability to ask for another callback.
