What type of 1-2-1 seat on 772 J?

Hi All,
Flying JFK-MIA-JFK later this month, booked on a 772 in F. What type of seat can I expect? It seems like there's a few different possibilities? It is a 1-2-1 config.
Is it a type of seat where the odd row windows are closer to the window, even row windows closer to the aisle etc?

It'll be SIGNIFICANTLY better than any seat on any narrowbody on this 3-hour route, so just enjoy it!
