It doesn't seem like Citi is offering any AA cards that earn EQD. Am I right?

Right - only Barclay Silver and Business cards. Now only $3K max. (spend is $50K and $25K, respectively).

Sucks. Hopefully, the new Citi-AA contract will introduce EQD earning cards.

Unlikely. To keep both issuers at the table they had to provide the ability for some differentiation in offers and EQDs are the prime differentiator for Barclay's.

Now, if Barclays decides to walk away at the end of the contract, that could of course change things.

I get it, but it still sucks. I find EQM easier to attain than EQD.
