Two Pax, One on Award - One PNR?

Is it possible? If not, does the non-status EXP companion have EXP privileges, especially preferred seating? What if that companion is crediting to British Airways?

Thanks....

No, it's not possible to have one pax on a paid ticket and another pax on an award ticket on the same PNR. If you're flying AA then it's easy to get the companion preferred seating next to you, you just have to call AA.

I think they are also very accommodating about allowing groups to board together, with the priority of the earliest in the group.
