EQD's posting by distance rather than fare paid (Concur / World Travel)

The past 3 domestic AA trips are showing EQD's based on distance rather than fare paid. I have to book through Concur / World Travel, but not sure if that has anything to do with it. Since most of my trips are short domestic hops booked a week or less in advance, the fares are typically $500-$600 round trip, but i am only getting around $200 in EQDs for 4 short segments.

Has anybody else seen this? Under activity is says " Method: Distance - data unavailable "

Could there be anything strange about the way the OP's tickets are booked, such as consolidator fares, codeshares, other airline ticket stock, etc.? Some corporate travel agents do these things automatically if it saves money.
