Business Extra website NEW! Suprise doesn't work...
I was so excited to FINALLY get a website announcement via email …
On Microsoft edge, I can get logged in the entire page is unclickable. Its like a photo of a web page.
On Chrome it will not let me log in... directly from the landing page.
After 45 minutes on the phone with support, I can get logged in via coming from the account balance page... however, cannot change travelers from ONE to any other number. (which I can change before logging in)
So if I search with one traveler I get a reward miles screen, with no back button or X to close it.
I cant even log in via safari.
Tech support was amazed. After 36 minutes... they gave up gave me an email at corporate. Agreed the site doesn't work.
Thanks Doug Parker...

On Chrome,it spins indefinitely, cannot establish a secure connection and then errors out. The authentication portal seems to be down
Try:
Checking the connection

Worked great for me in Chrome on Mac OS Mojave. Found some great R/T options for a domestic flight later this summer.
Glad they FINALLY got around to this. With this update, it really puts another ! on the fact that loyalty to AA finds its most unheralded value in the BE program. ^

Tool largely didn't work for me -- slow, plus many browser errors as others have reported above. To the extent it finally gave bits of results, the results were awfully restrictive and unhelpful. Roughly "You chose a saver award for outbound, but return has no saver seats, so go back to step 1." Really puts pressure on the harsh restrictions of the Business Extra rewards, such as round-trip requirement and no mixed awards. Combine that with poor saver availability, and this search tool makes it awfully easy for passengers to see how limited this program has become.
