When you know your delay is MX
I’m flying 1851 to Atlanta. Inbound from TUS on its way and will be at C11 shortly. However I just got a text saying my flight is delayed now leaving at 2:50 rather than 2:30. We all know these texts are not a good sign since this operationally deficient airline will start with the rolling delays.
Good assumption the inbound 320 is busted?

Wait ... my 4D bulkhead seat just changed to 10B...???!!
New seat map shows 2-3 configuration but still says 320.
Have they swapped to the DOG?

I don't understand AA's upgrade algorithm. It's a Sunday yet I'm (now 6) on the upgrade list with 18K rolling EQD yet tomorrow's 6.30 PM flight back to DFW I was upgraded to 1A 3 days ago. If anything I thought it would be the other way around.

EDIT: looks like it was swapped for another a/c (N963TW; arrived as AA356 yesterday) which will be at C8.

Another wonderful day with AA. AA.com says AA1851 is now departing C8 at 3:15pm. Love the bogus "On time" return with a 19 minute ATL turnaround. LOL.

Just talked to the gate dragon. Uh the mad dog is sitting in a hanger somewhere here at dfw and they are waiting for the shift change to finish so someone can roll it over to C8.
I cannot make this stuff up.
Bottom of the barrel.....

Indeed. Unfortunately, you'll be lucky to get out there by 4pm. Where are you on the UG list now?
