Location: The place where it gets so hot in the summer some planes can't take off.
Programs: Marriott LT Titanium, WoH Globalist, National EE, United Platinum

Delay compensation for JL Award ticket booked through AA
hi folks. Looking at a 6+ hour delay on JL11 booked through AA. Delay is causing us to miss connection to ITM and still trying to determine rebooking for tomorrow and accommodation tonight.
is there compensation due on award ticket? Do I pursue through AA since it was booked with their miles ?
never had a delay like this international before... not sure how to handle it. Plus they claim it’s due to a broken toilet...
