Hotel booking using miles
Apologies if this is a daft question. For the first time, I have used miles for a hotel booking. I received an email from AA, confirming deduction of the miles from my account.
However, I have received nothing confirming the actual hotel booking. I took a photo of the confirmation screen at the time of purchase (it was miles plus miles) but unhelpfully the useaamiles.com site won't let me log in as it says you have to have to least 1000 miles available to do so.
Any suggestions? Or just call? I'm assuming I should have received something confirming the hotel?now
Thank you.

You should have had an email form americanairlinesvacations showing you all the obvious details - confirmation number and number of nights, etc etc.
Could it have gone into a spam filter?

Laeti dies festi!
Moreover, once you completed your reservation, there should have been these three options on the final webpage. The voucher is the one that hotels sometimes want to see (but not always).
