Same day flight change award ticket
Lately I've been getting alot of push back doing sdfc on award tickets. I'm exp and this has never been a problem now I have to call 2 or 3 times to get an agent to do it. On the terms and conditions it says nothing about not being available on saver award tickets.
any other experiences or just another hidden devaluation?

finally got it done. The website clearly says all award tickets are eligible. I guess there is some internal document that says they are not.
