aa.com chrome error 400 Apr 2018 - workarounds, discussion
A few days ago (using same laptop I've always used, win 10 and same chrome browser I've always used), I started having this error
1) I search for a rt eg sfo-cdg, outbound loads, select flight and try to get to return - url resolves to Http 400 error, back arrow takes me back to outbound flights
2) Use IE - no problem, return page loads as expected
I've rebooted, cleared cookies, etc. (which did nothing except make me re-enter a bunch of stuff for other sites), called AA web support - totally useless and still awaiting any reply from alleged "higher" level.
So is there any way to just clear everything for the aa.com in chrome or any other suggestions?

Not a programmer but aa IT really seems to need some competent help (the one rep I talked to said "we've been having a lot of problems over the last few weeks - but couldn't say what they were)

I had deleted all cookies and it helped for about 5 minutes. I didn't know how to just delete aa.com (but now I know - thanks google) and I'll try again

Yes they tried to tell me that too (can't insert mad emoji b/c ft glitches), but I found it hard to believe and asked them to escalate it - don't know if they actually did - got a noreply email about it but never and f/u

So deleting the aa cookies worked for a few uses of the website - then again today got the same error! I suppose I can keep deleting the cookies or use incog, but will just book the flight I need to use up my last swu and then just avoid AA altogether
