Splitting miles between AS/AA

I flew DTW -- DFW -- SYD -- DFW -- DTW on a QF sold ticket. I entered in my AS number in the itinerary, and the QF-operated segments (DFW - SYD - DFW) credited to my AS account. However, the AA-operated segments (DTW - DFW and DFW - DTW) did not credit to AS per the new domestic flight policy that AA flights do not credit unless marketed by AS.

When I went to submit a mileage claim request on AA for the AA-operated segments, QF denied the mileage claim request as they reported that all segments had already been posted to AS.

Does anyone have any ideas on who to contact to follow up on this claim?

You will need to ask QF to "un-post" those segments.
