Few pax connect through LAS--but LGA probably doesn't have too many connections either, but the population base is MUCH larger.
With Amex Centurion and Priority Pass "Club", I doubt AA will open an AC.

This list of clubs and stations with their flight statistics is from last June. Looks like Vegas has only 1 other airport busier than it without an Admirals Club: Columbus/CMH

Keep in mind, an airline can't build a lounge on its own. The airport has to agree to it.
Plus, it's one of the airports with the most leisure (and the least business) fliers. But lounges are more for business travelers. Once you factor that in, it probably drops way down the list.

Vegas is a strange airport, they prefer that people hang out at the slot machines all over the airport (and lose money) than go to lounges (and do something other than gamble away their money). So it may be that Las Vegas airport discourages lounges?

I'd be happy if they can just get the club's coke machine replaced in Denver, but more locations would always be nice.

Orlando has been actively fighting their image of being "just a theme park" town for a long time. I'd bet that sdsearch's comments relating to how each airport authority feels about airline lounges is probably in play. I'd guess that MCO's leadership would eagerly welcome a lounge but LAS would be less enthusiastic.

Back in the HP days, and for a little bit after the HP-US merger, there was a lounge at LAS. However, it was outside of security...which of course meant that you needed to plan time for security, then getting to the gate. The HP then US gates were in an older part of the terminal, near where WN is now, almost directly above the check-in desks. Not sure what has become of the space that was the lounge.
I thought there was a lounge at CMH back in the day too, as it was another HP hub, but I can't find anything concrete about that.

Orlando's Convention Center is actually larger than the one in Las Vegas. Orlando has 2.1 million square feet of exhibition space and 480,000 square feet of function (meeting rooms) space. Las Vegas has 2 million square feet of exhibition space and 250,000 square feet of meeting space. Sources (if anybody cares):

is the old CMH club in the "bump out" part of the terminal in this screen cap from google maps? If so, looks like it's a gate now, as it has a jet bridge attached. it's in the right place on the map from the former TWA club which became the HP club.
Clearly it's much easier to get a club if there is existing square footage that can me remodeled rather than added to an existing exterior of a building.
e little

I now spend my time on Delta in terminal C, with no club access.........

As for the slot machines ... urban myth. Plenty of people go to the airport and don't play. Non-casino slot machines are owned by the slot routes companies. LAS is just another stop on the route, same as the grocery stores, gas stations, bars and other non-casino locations.
