when does PEK LAX start?
i recall they announced it for 2016 but i don't see it?

The DOT hasn't awarded AA the frequencies to operate LAX-PEK. Until they pick between DL and AA, there'll be no flights. (Though DL could always move their NRT-PVG flights.)
