Is this message popping up every three seconds on AA.com for others as well? Whether I accept or not, the message returns.

My inner cynic predicts it won't be too long until AA disallows purchases if you won't share your location.
I'm sure they have dollar signs dancing in their eyes thinking of area-specific pricing.

Also, seems like "area-specific pricing" would already be encapsulated in the origin and destination, so there's really no reason to add this.
