Missing miles - but aa.com not recognising codeshare
I recently did BKK-NRT-YVR on JL but codeshared as AA numbers. The BKK-YVR flight credited normally to my AAdvantage account (within 2 days of my flight) but the NRT-YVR hadn't. So I tried filling the information on line. But when I tried inputting the flight number, the website would not recognise the AA flight number. I don't want to put in the JL flight because my ticket is on AA and not JL - and which earns different miles anyway. 70% on JL flight number as opposed to 100% on AA.
Should I just call AA CS and have it sorted out?
