DCA-JFK-YVR Min Connection Time?

DCA-JFK-YVR Min Connection Time?
Hi all,
Trying to book DCA-JFK-YVR on AA/CX and the agent (who was very helpful), got through to ticketing but said the connection time is too short. The best info I have says the minimum connection time domestic-international at JFK is 1:15, which should be fine:
Arrive JFK: 7:37pm
Depart JFK: 9:10pm
Is there something I'm missing that makes this invalid?
