How big is the bottle? Will TSA allow us to take these valuable additions home, or will they confiscate them because they exceed 3 oz when we take a connecting flight after clearing customs?

Really big. AA might not have thought this through carefully.

On 135 in J Thursday. Will be interested to see what I get - I have way too many of the old ones!

Sorry, the Scope is only in F. Maybe you should look into an upgrade.

Nope, Scope Mouthwash will be in the international J kit as well.

EDIT: AA 135 is LHR-LAX, right?

That is good news! It's been over a year since I flew MIA-LAX and good to hear service has been upgraded on this route. I usually try to fly on the 772 or 763 on this route if I can and avoid the 737. However if all the flights including 737 get pillows and amenity kits, then I may reconsider my flight schedule.

Hello Andrew,

In December 2014, we shared how we're investing over $2 billion to improve your productivity, convenience and comfort in the skies. Now, we're continuing on our journey of going for great and bringing you more throughout the year to deliver a top‑notch travel experience. Look out for these enhancements coming your way:

A fresh start

On international flights

In First Class: We're introducing a new amenity kit that includes all of the items you already love plus, by popular demand, we're adding Scope mouthwash for a breath of fresh air. But we're not stopping there. If you're planning to catch some zzz's, we've added new pajamas and non‑skid 100% cotton terry slippers. So curl up, get comfortable and settle in for the long haul.
I can't believe AA didn't stop right there with the addition of Scope. With that alone I would have thrown all of my international F business to AA. But they're also tossing in the skid-free slippers! 100% cotton!

Seriously, who writes this stuff?
This is one of the most if not the MOST embarrassing email I have ever received from a business, bar none.

Pathetic.

Maybe the email was targeted to passengers with a history of bad breath. Or, maybe they are buying marketing lists from dentists.

They included the slippers. The slippers seem like they are for women almost too small for me. I wear a 12.

AFAIK, all pacific flights get slippers.

I'm about a 9.5, but even for me they're too tight to properly wear with socks. I just force them on. I've read that some on here tear the slightly, so they fit.

I've only gotten the kit once. I am flying LAX/MIA in J in a few weeks, wondering if I will get the kit.

I am a size 12 as well and gave up very, very quickly on wearing them!

Oh look, no new enhancements for us "peasants" in the back of the bus, except for maybe adding some more seats.
