AA's DFW employees have been told by management that taking photos of the 787 on Friday is strictly prohibited. Management must be really pleased with all the photos taken of the plane in Seattle over the last few weeks. :D

Not sure what all this means, but shouldn't international service begin sometime this summer? Wouldn't the certification of N800AN accelerate the service entrance of the next three air frames? |

The article mentions revenue flights won't begin until the Q2. What could be taking just over two months to commence commercial flying besides the acceptance check? Is it still the FAA certification of the J Class seats?
I believe the pilots did the same sort of practice when the A319s/A321s began arriving. Right now, the pilots have the sim time, but zero actual takeoffs and landings and zero hours in the type. Some practice couldn't hurt. |

The 1st AA 787-8, N800AN left Everett, WA as AA9702 at 2:07pm bound for DFW. 4 hours and 7 minutes late. Now due in at 7:09pm.

Figures i land at 730pm. Oh well. Cant wait to see this beauty in service.
