We have used two Biz Extraa awards
We've flown from SFO-LAX overnight in LAX then continue to LGA with return JFK-SFO. We are using another award to fly SFO-GCM. We love to use these awards, but they are tricky to use and hard to find dates open. We had good luck waiting until the last minute and then booking. Hope it helps.
