AA Account Zero'ed Out.....

Anyone else checked their account today?

Mine is completely zero'ed out. Could it be due to the processing of the month end statement?

The funny thing is that the summary on the aa.com homepage has my mileage correct, but when I got into the View All for the details everything is 0, but I'm still listed as an EXP.

Any thoughts?

Glad to see this thread, I was on just a minute ago and panicked when it said zeros all the way down.

Same here as well. I called in (it was before I saw this thread) & the Customer Service told me that she saw my account had 51,000 miles (the correct amount), I told her online it was showing 0, and she said there must be some kind of "glitch", so its all good. Phew...

In that case I had 23,543,334 miles, give or take a few. I expect AA to credit me that amount by the morning.

Me too. My heart jumped when I saw the zeroes and the huge - deduction in MilePort.

Perhaps it is an insidious plot by AA management. In order to return to profitability, everybody has to re-qualify over the next 42 days.

I predict load factors of 110%+! Thank God I have 12.5 vacation days left!

Does this mean I can start my EXP re-qualification for 2010 right now? That'd be great since I'm taking two transpacific flights this week.

"Lost" my 16 stickers, too ..... and that after a 2 day update/inaccessibility of my AA account over the weekend. Lucky I figured my needed miles for EXP this morning - just a little more secure in the knowledge rather than seeing all those 0's!
