How long have you been EXP

On my flight home last night I requalified for exp for the 6th year in a row. It got me wondering how many consecutive years most exp's maintain that status. I am sure there is no set number as jobs and work change over time.
I would appreciate a little feed back on how long some of you long timers have been exp.

1st year, previous 8 as PLT.

It is a remarkable difference between the two levels.

It's "EXPs", not "EXP's" and I re-qualified for my 5th year. Third (I think) for my wife. All, all, all thanks to FT and a FTer I met on a flight in a year when I was going to have 80K EQM and hadn't considered stretching for EXP. D'oh!

Cheers.

Coming up on my third consecutive year qualifying as EXP in three years of flying anything more than an occassional trip.

I thought my right honorable FT colleague (of whom I am huge fan) had declared a moratorium on "dem dar grammer korrectchuns." My first year qualifying as an EXP. Have been NW plat for 4 years prior! Safe Travels.

No such thing. But only in the context of an actual post

Cheers.

I made EXP at the end of 2006 and have been chasing that dragon ever since. EXP ... it is the sweetest thing.

One month. Thank you AADER.

Made PLT on challenge in January. Before that, GLD for a number of years.

EXP is definitely the high life.

Best regards.

Been EXP for four years and unless I do a few TATL runs over the next three months will drop back to PLT I'm still trying to figure out a way to do it without spending a fortune.

I think this is my 4th time as ExecPlat. Since I do all my flying on my own dime, I can only justify the expense and time about every other year. So each of my 4 years have been split by a year as Platinum. I've thought of going back all the way to Gold, but just can't seem to bear the concept of only 25% bonus miles. AADER was excellent, saved my at least a couple of trips overseas, only problem is now I need 125K for the bonus Evip's.

I did it other way round - was EXP when they introduced it in the late 90's, through, from memory, to end 2002. Some form of sanity has been restored now....

Just one year after 2 years as PLT but had been EXP from the start of the current version in 1998 up to 2005. It's great to be back.

First year as EXP. Thanks to AADER, I qualified about two months earlier than I would have under normal circumstances.

Was PLT for 5 years, 3 years at GLD before that.
