Kempinski St. Moritz - forget AA miles !!!!
I stayed 5 nights at the Kempinski St. Moritz last April, 4th. Wonderful hotel. 
On the reception desk there was a big sign showing their agreement with AAdvantage with 500 miles per stay. I gave them my AA card to be included in this partnership.
After MANY e-mails to/from the Hotel, no miles after 3 months !!!!

Kempinski Budapest really does give Aadvantage miles
For the past two Summers I have been able to get miles from the Kempinski Budapest by an unconventional route. When you check in to the hotel you are given a voucher which has a web address and a special code embedded in the voucher. Upon going to the web site, you are asked for your Aadvantage number and the special code. It worked fine for me twice. I am going again in a few weeks.
