Very probably. If you've been watching "The Apprentice" on NBC, he talked about buying planes that were parked in the desert, and then flew his 'personal ride' from HPN to (presumably) MDW (certainly, the voiceover said he was going to Chicago and Meigs is no more...) on what I'm fairly sure was a 727.
