Award reservations
I'm trying to make a reservation for award travel
I was told that not only do I have a mere 15 days to hold the reservations, but they would only extend it past the 15 days if the seats are still available (excluding the ones I'm holding) for award travel.
This, I was told is a new rule!
Since my plans is for 2 F class and 2 C class travel on CX, availability was a problem, so I SOL!
